Luca had been quietly battling troubling symptoms—unrelenting fatigue, dizziness, and internal bleeding. On February 28, his condition took a heartbreaking turn. Moments before collapsing, Luca called his mother and, with fear in his voice, asked a haunting question:
“Do you think I’m dying?”
