A recent video of President Donald Trump struggling to get out of his golf cart has sparked widespread speculation: “What’s going on with Trump’s legs?”
Captured at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, during a golf outing, the footage was shared by Aleman’s Brothers LLC, a groundskeeping company believed to maintain Trump’s estate, according to the Daily Mail.
Observers quickly took notice. One user on X remarked, “Trump’s right leg moves like it’s made of wood.” Another chimed in with a question: “Any geriatricians around who can weigh in?”
“What’s wrong with Trump’s legs? He’s moving knock-kneed and swinging his right leg like it’s dead weight!” a third user commented.
Another added, “What’s up with his right leg and foot? They look all wobbly and pigeon-toed.”
The video sparked a wave of speculation about the president’s health. Some suggested he might be dealing with “weak knees,” while others raised concerns about a possible “neuromuscular degenerative issue.”
Many also attributed the unusual movement to his age, saying his legs and gait just felt “weird” for someone in his seventies.
White House Communications Director Steven Cheung swiftly pushed back against the swirling rumors, dismissing them as baseless. “Deranged and morally bankrupt liberals — including the corrupt media — have now stooped to spreading complete falsehoods and fabricated lies because they have no shame,” Cheung said, according to the Daily Mail.
He added, “Instead, they spend every waking hour consumed by a debilitating case of Trump Derangement Syndrome that has rotted their brains.”
This isn’t the first time concerns about Trump’s right leg have surfaced. Back in March last year, Ron Filipkowski, editor-in-chief of the left-leaning MeidasTouch Network and a vocal MAGA critic, tweeted, “Something is definitely going on with his right leg. He’s been dragging it for months.”
The video surfaced just a week after sharp-eyed viewers noticed bruises on Trump’s hands during his meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron.
Social media quickly buzzed with theories—some suggested the marks were from IV infusions, others blamed thinning skin or simply the effects of age. Though the bruises were concealed with skin-toned makeup, they remained visible to many.
Meanwhile, Trump has consistently boasted about his health, declaring himself the healthiest president ever to hold office.
